This is a strange one
I'm not quite sure what they are aiming at, is it a racing game, an open world driving game, or are they just cashing in on the franchise?
Probably the last one but let's wait and see i might get surprised.

its basicly 70% TV (re)watching the shows
and 30% gaming where U can drive the carscenes
and 30% gaming where U can drive the carscenes
Basically a re-run of the first episodes with some cheesy gameplay, no wheel support, Mariokart features and way too much talking and too little driving?
Only for the die hard fans and petrolheads. I would grab it, if it was on PC. Not because it is a good game, as it isn't. But as a collectible.
These 3 dinosaurs of Automotive journalism have been surpassed by the Youtubers generation recently and the upcoming season 3 of Grand Tour will be their last. Fortunately Billionaire Bezos has paid them handsomly for their services to the car community, before his expensive divorce , so they can afford some pretty epic rides themselves.
For around 15-20$ you can't go wrong, if you are a fan.
